Author(s) and affiliation(s)¶

Add an author¶

When depositing, on the “Author(s)” tab, click on “Enter an author (+)”.

In the window that appears, the first field allows you to search for authors already present in the auréHAL repository, then in the Sciencesconf authors database. Prefer the search for an author already present in our databases by entering their first name and last name in the first input field and select the author if he appears in the list.

If the author is not listed, you can create it. Fill in at least the mandatory fields identified by an asterisk, then click on OK.

Vous pouvez renseigner autant d’auteurs que vous souhaitez en cliquant sur ` Renseigner un auteur `.

Click on “Add an affiliation”.

Dans la fenêtre qui apparait, le premier champ vous permet de rechercher des structures déjà présentes dans le référentiel auréHAL, puis dans la base des affiliations Sciencesconf. Préférez la recherche d’une affiliation déjà présente dans nos bases et sélectionnez l’affiliation s’elle apparait dans la liste.

Pour les affiliations françaises, la saisie d’au moins un organisme tutelle est obligatoire.

Lors du survol d’une affiliation les actions `Editer` et `Supprimer` apparaissent.
