Request the export of its communication to HAL¶

If the organizers have configured it for the conference, you can request the export to HAL of your communication

Legal prerequisite¶

Two cases can exist:

• you are the sole author of the communication, you can decide to request export,

• It is a collective communication, you must have the agreement of all co-authors to request export.

Technical prerequisite¶

Seules les communications (texte complet) peuvent être exportées, les résumés ne peuvent pas être exportés vers HAL. Il n’y a pas création de notice dans HAL. Vous devez choisir une licence pour votre dépôt.

Process of the export¶

1 **when fulltext is submitted **

In the File(s) step, you check the box indicating that you want to transfer your communication to HAL if it is accepted.

2 at the end of the conference

The relevant communications are automatically exported to HAL. The support team of the CCSD receives information on the progress of the export

3 on HAL side

Communications from Sciencesconf enter the HAL validation process like any file repository. If you manage a HAL CV, your post list will be automatically updated. In HAL, communications contain information about the conference from which they are derived. They can be grouped into a collection.
