Access the registration form¶

To register on a conference site created on the Sciencesconf.org platform, you have two situations:

You have an account¶

If you have an account on one of the CCSD platforms: Sciencesconf.org, Sciencescall.org, HAL ou Episciences :

• click on the `Connect` button at the top right of the screen,

• then on Connected space > My registration in the menu,

• and complete the registration form established by the conference administrators.

You don’t have an account¶

If you don’t have an account, 2 possibilities

• The «Registration» page appears in the menu, you can create your account and register at the same time.

• If the «Registration» page is missing from the menu, you will first need to create your account,then log in to the conference website and from the Connected Area > My Registration menu, complete the registration form established by the conference administrators.

For registration inquiries, you can contact the administrators directly from the contact link in the conference menu. The email address is of type [conference-shortname@sciencesconf.org].

Once logged in, fill out the form, then click on the `Summary` button at the bottom of the screen.

Check the registration information.

To return to the form and edit your registration, click on `Edit Data`.

When all the information is correct, click on the `Validate` button.

A window shows you the registration of your registration and you will receive an email with the summary of your registration.
