The form for the submission of communications is based on a number of predefined fields.

Some fields are required, they appear in gray on the settings screen. For the other fields, you can choose to display them or not and make them mandatory.

License: If you plan to export accepted papers to HAL, the mention of a condition for reuse (or license) has been mandatory in HAL since 2026. Why this evolution? Because clarifying the conditions for reuse means both facilitating the dissemination and reappropriation of research work, and securing authors in their practices.

Tip

If your site plans to use the editorial management module, the configuration must be completed before the site opens. Because as soon as the first deposit is registered on your site, it is strongly advised not to modify the configuration. Indeed, some changes may have an impact on the filings themselves, on proceedings or on the program.
